Super helpful staff. We arrived late and tired, Tamanna at the front desk patiently answered all our queries, helped us check-in, and also catered our needs as we were accompanied by kids (infant through teens). Leila at breakfast was knowledgeable about Halal breakfast options and cooked eggs for us without the ham bits in a separate pan (not in contact with meat products). All other staff were professional and Great too. Breezy check-in and check-out. Nice pool. Great value for money overall.

Super 8 was fantastic the beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The room was clean and the pool was fun. Breakfast was nice. Staff is very friendly. Unfortunately we did have a mishap on our last night which I will not go into because I am very pleased with how management and the staff handled the situation. It was handled very promptly and professionally. For this reason I highly recommend this Super 8 and give it a 10/10. They definitely did not treat us as just a guest number to meet a monthly quota but obviously want repeat customers. I intend to stay at this Super 8 on my future trips to Grande Prairie. WELL DONE GP SUPER 8…. Thank You for making things right!

Everything was great. I did not wake in time for breakfast, though. The room was very clean. It had been updated recently. the front staff were very good. She had me laughing by the time we finished checking in.

Rochelle the front desk staff was exceptional..she was very friendly and accommodating. She made our stay extra enjoyable.

Full breakfast included was a great deal and they accommodated me last minute with another night stay.

The hotels policy on why they allow pets is fantastic! It reads "We've never had a pet who smoked in the room, broke furniture, argued loudly with their traveling companion or played the TV too loud, so if your pet can vouch for you, you're set!"

It was very clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was very generous and tasty. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

We liked the room that we moved to because of key issues. We liked having our grandkids come for a swim.
